OM professionals understand the demands of the academic environment on faculty, staff, and students, and work with a variety of learning communities to promote organizational and professional well-being. Our team offers research, teachings and mindfulness training in higher education to promote such well-being.


Mindfulness practices improve attention, self-control, emotional resilience, memory and immune response. Some of the less familiar benefits include an increased sense of spaciousness, ability to prioritize tasks, and enhanced self awareness and compassion.


With custom designed workshops and coaching, we will:

  • Work with your school’s existing mindfulness instructors and/or leaders to help identify vision and strategies for the practice of mindfulness in your setting.

  • Collaborate in helping you develop effective mindfulness trainings, and retreats for your community.  

  • Help grow your programming and student support services to integrate practices and skills that promote healthier and more compassionate communities.

  • Offer a selection of trainings and resources designed for specific constituents within your setting.
